Holding Space

Holding Space is a session that can booked by an individual or groups. Using skills and tools at the intersection of counseling psychology and Black feminisms, we create a container where we hold space for you and your needs.

Blafemme Healing Model

We are grounded in a model and vision of collective wellness. This model is called the Blafemme Healing Model. There are eight chambers: heart, body, knowing, spirit, finances, workspaces, ecosystems, and relationships. Each chamber has a description and a Black feminist quote associated with it. Each chamber represents an area that requires our focus as we work toward achieving a sense of holistic wellness for ourselves and our broader community.
